HOW IT WORKS
  1. Contact us today by filling out either of the forms below or send us an email.  
  2. We will send you an order form and quotation with a request for a deposit.
  3. After the deposit has been received, we will schedule time for your artwork to be designed. 
  4. When you are happy with your artwork, we will request for the outstanding balance to be paid. 
  5. Once full payment has been received we will send you your final web-ready jpegs.

There are many different channels available now including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, website's, sponsored adverts, ppc and email marketing - the list goes on. It is very time consuming and the goal posts are always changing but if managed well, your business can and WILL thrive from having an active voice online. WHAT YOU NEED READY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

Time is money, both for you and for us. That's why we have refined our ordering process so that we're able to offer design packages at unbeatable prices. When you are ready to place an order, email us or complete the Briefing Form to fast track the order process. This form will include fields for all you business details, social media links and contact information. At this stage we will also ask that you upload any logos, brand guidelines or sources of inspiration for any design styles you like. By having all of this information now, it means that after you have signed off your order form and have paid the deposit, we can get started on your design work right away. Design and marketing is all based on personal preference - it is our job to understand your brand and your audience before designing any creative so we encourage you to provide as much information as possible, as soon as possible as this will increase our chances of getting the creative and design style right first time. ​
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU HAVE ORDERED A BESPOKE BRANDING LAUNCH KIT?
After you have placed your order and filled out our briefing form, we will send you a Quotation and Order Form. Once you are happy with the specifications and terms, we will request a 50% deposit to be paid via bank transfer so that we can start your artwork. We will schedule in time to design your artwork so you know when it is in production, this will all be based on availability but we endeavour to start the design work within 2-5 working days once the deposit has been received. The initial drafts will be sent to you in PDF format with a Chase&Lo Clicks and Creative Marketing Watermark. We have included up to 3 revisions in the package price but we're confident that this will not be needed. When you receive your initial drafts we ask that you check your artwork thoroughly to make sure you're happy with it. Requests for amends should be made via email. After your artwork has been signed off, we will send you an invoice requesting the outstanding balance of your order to be paid in full before we send you all your final artwork files, as specified on the order form. ​
